- My Great Grand Daughter didn't want to read Junie B Jones books at first because there were too many words. She was used to books with a lot of pictures. Well, a friend of ours told her she should just read one book to see if she would like it. Well, she loves them so much I pieced together all the different sets and now she has all of them and reads them and laughs out loud at what is said or done in the books and she doesn't miss a bunch of pictures in the book.
- My 5 year old daughter and I love these books. We take turns reading and I will say that Junie B. is a little of a "baddie" at times but when reading together i can point out the rights and wrongs. I also point out a lot of the grammatically incorrectness (LOL) spoken by Junie but it does give us both a silly outlet and a lot of laughs at the end of each day. I think she makes me laugh more than my daughter sometimes! I love it.
- We bought these for my 7 year old, who loves them. But, we started reading them for our 4 year old who also enjoys them, and found ourselves laughing at the books too. We also found our 9 year old reading them on his own, as they are just good funny books. Nicely written stories! Buy them for your kids!
- My daughter loves these books. The box sets allow us to read a lot before having to order again. I do not know what we are going to do when we get to the last book ever written. It will be a sad day.
- Once again, Junie B. Jones does not disappoint! My granddaughter just loves this whole series, and it helps to foster their enjoyment of reading when they can get really engrossed in the stories. I do like buying kids books that they can carry around with them, and she loves to read these over and over. Reading is SO important for them, and I love buying gifts for kids that don't require batteries!!
- Wonderful for little girls. The stories are very interesting for girls and encourages them to read. My granddaughter keeps asking for more.
- Junie B. has made my daughter a reader! It only takes one good book to get a kid to love reading and Junie B is the series for my daughter!
- Two stars off for packing two of the 13s and no 14! I didn't have time to return it, so ordered a 14 to add to it instead. That makes the boxed set a bit pricey. Add insult to injury, it's on backorder! Grrrr! Hope it comes in time for Christmas.
